THE FINAL QUALITY CHECK

One last look before you publish.

A repeatable review for the actual file your audience will see and hear.

An editorial workflow to try with your own material. This guide does not claim results from a Perkufo product test.

Watch the exported file

Open the final file outside the editor. Watch from the first frame to the last without skipping. Check that the beginning is intentional, the ending is complete and there are no stray frames, missing captions or unexpected watermarks.

Read every important word

Pay special attention to names, dates, numbers, URLs and qualifications. Check both the spoken message and the visible text. If you change a factual statement during editing, review the full sentence again so the surrounding wording still makes sense.

Listen without looking

Listen once without watching the screen. Make sure the voice is clear and background audio does not mask important words. Then watch without sound to see whether the main message remains understandable through the captions and visuals.

Inspect the destination preview

Check the uploaded preview in the place where you will publish. Look for cropped edges, covered text and captions positioned underneath interface controls. Inspect on a small screen as well as a larger one when possible.

Keep an editable copy

Save the original, the editable project and the approved export with clear names. If you discover a mistake later, you should be able to find the relevant version and correct it without rebuilding the whole project.
