Using the website
The tool search, filters, comparison, checklists and cost calculator run in your browser. Perkufo does not receive or store the values you enter. Checklist progress resets when you reload the page. A directory search term may appear in the page address; avoid entering personal or confidential information.
Cookies and analytics
We do not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter forms or a Perkufo account system. Our own website code does not set cookies or use browser storage. The hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser details and requested page, to deliver and secure the service.
When you contact us
Your email address, message and any attachments are used to handle your request and reply. The purpose is responding to enquiries and correcting our publication, based on our legitimate interest in running and maintaining it. Please include only information needed for your request.
Service providers and links
The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites. Incoming email currently passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to an owner-managed mailbox. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Their infrastructure may involve processing outside your country. External product websites have their own privacy policies and terms.
Keeping information
Correspondence is kept while needed to handle the request and any follow-up, or where a legal obligation requires retention. We do not use contact messages to subscribe you to marketing. You can ask us to review or delete information you have sent.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to processing where applicable. Email us with enough context to identify your request; do not send an identity document unless we explain why additional verification is necessary. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or your local supervisory authority.

We will update this notice when the website or its contact arrangements change. The date above identifies this version.
